Counselling and psychotherapy can provide clarity of thought, and support for our feelings when we feel particularly vulnerable or anxious, or when life brings changes or losses which can seem too hard to bear.

The primary modality in which I work is person-centred, although I integrate other approaches where appropriate. I am conscious that every client is an individual, not just a collection of issues or problems, and adapt my approach to each unique experience.
