ABOUT ME
I am an experienced, accredited and fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer short-term and long-term counselling to adults and young people. After initially working in a local counselling service, I now work for the NHS, a charity supporting young people aged between 13 -25 years, a primary school and in private practice.
I aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where feelings can be explored, and the patterns of thinking and behaviour that contribute to one’s difficulties can begin to reveal themselves. This growing awareness gradually opens the possibility for change, leading to increased satisfaction and a greater sense of authority in one's life.
